Traditional bedsprung mattresses create pressure points along the entire length of the body. This is caused by the pressure points a normal mattress will exert on your body.

All our waterbeds are supplied with heaters that fit discretely under the mattress. The main reason they are installed is to heat the mattresses to you desired temperature level depending on the weather. Waterbeds are proven to be more hygenic then normal beds because the mattress is made out of vinyl or some other similar material. The mattress is then covered with a waterbed sheet that can be taken off and washed in the usual way. However with a normal mattress on a traditional sprung bed, dust mites feed off dead skin, deep inside the mattress and increase significantly year on year.
